Can anyone in the United States own a 37mm Launcher?We are not aware of any federal restrictions on owning a 37mm Launcher. However, Federal land such as national parks may restrict the firing of such a device due to fire hazard. Even if legal, some cities may restrict where the device can be fired. Make sure to check your state and local laws before ordering. Determining federal, state and local legality is the sole responsibility of the buyer, and there will be no refunds for any reason.

Is it legal to own a 37mm Launcher?37mm Launchers that launch Flares; Signaling Rounds; Pyrotechnic, and Animal Control are not subject to the NFA, but there may be state and local restrictions. Even if legal, some cities may restrict where the device can be fired. Federal land such as national parks may restrict the firing of such a device for fire hazards Note: If the 37mm Launcher fires Bean Bags, Rubber Bullets, Tear Gas, Flash Grenades, or Live Rounds then the 37mm Launcher is subject to the NFA, must be registered with a serial number and the owner must obtain a Tax Stamp

What is better, load your own 37mm rounds or buy them already made?The advantage to loading your own rounds is cost per round and versatility of ammo type. It cost less per round to load your own. If you buy aluminum or metal canisters they are reusable and you can reload these many times. Plastic is generally not reusable (cannot be reloaded). Everything 37mm and Exotic sells Reloading Kits and Cleaning Kits; and most components for you to reload your own ammo rounds.

Can you legally own a 40mm Launcher?You can only own 40mm Airsoft Launchers without federal restrictions. 40mm Launchers are considered a destructive device and are generally used by Law Enforcement and the Military, and thus are subject to the NFA and require a Tax Stamp. Restrictions apply because they can fire both explosive rounds and personal injury and crowd control rounds such as Bean Bags; Tear Gas; and Rubber Bullets

Do you sell Ammo for the 37mm Launchers?Yes. We sell the types not subject to the NFA, including the components to make your own.

Are there any quantity ordering restrictions?If an item for sale on our website does not state that it is subject to a quantity restriction, then you may order as many as are available

Do you offer Engraving Services?Yes, for Launchers and Inserts only.

Can I purchase an AR15 Rifle with an M203 Launcher Installed?Yes, because it is attached to a AR/AK Style Rifle, and it must be shipped to an FFL in your area.

Do you Buy used Archery Equipment?Yes, arrows only for Long Bows, Compound Bows, and Crossbows.
